United AVOD
Anyone have any recent listings or experiences with UA AVOD since for some reason they don't list on the website movie listings. Have a flight to Europe on a new configured 767 in a few weeks

I'll be on a 777 Thursday and I will try to get the listings. It's important to note that only two class 767s have AVOD. This includes the 767-300 and 767-400. The 767-200 and non flatbed 767-400s and three class 767-300s do not have AVOD. So depending on your flight it may or may not have AVOD at all.

Listings for the 747 are in this link. Unless you are looking for all of the AVOD listings which I don't believe are published in their entirety.

The AVOD listings aren't listed anywhere on United's website. But from what I could tell on yesterday's flight it has a good mix of recent and classic movies and recent TV shows. It is much better than Lufthansa's list.
UA has Argo, Lincoln, Lincoln: Vampire Slayer, a bunch of international movies, My Fair Lady, Dodgeball and more. I was very impressed. It isn't as much as Air Canada but much more than Lufthansa. There are two types of GUIs one is from PMUA and the other is PMCO. On the PMUA it's easy to access channel 9 however for PMCO I could not find it.

In Flight Movies - March 2013?
When does United update their website to show this month's in-flight movies? I've been checking all weekend, and Feb 2013 is still showing. I put off seeing a movie on demand this weekend thinking it may be showing on a flight I have with United this month (the same movie is playing on some other airline's this month).

Checkout the Hemispheres magazine online:

Not much changed in the IFE selections from last month (from what I can tell).

When you open the PDF link with "2013-2" in the title, change the 2 to a 3 and you'll see the March version. Hopefully they'll update the link properly, though.

The Domestic eastbound/westbound films for 1-15 March are "Skyfall" and "Hitchcock" (I forget which is which). Guess which two films I rented on iTunes for my transcon flights this weekend? You guessed it, "Skyfall" and "Hitchcock." Fortunately (for me), they hadn't loaded the new films yet so it didn't feel like a total waste of money.

I will be flying from Denver to HNL. The Hemisphere mag says it will play both movies. Westbound, does that mean both Hitchcock and Silver Lining Playbook? Or both Hitchcock and Skyfall? And should I bring my own earphones?
And also, do they serve food on this flight? Free or at a cost?

My problem is that i've watched them all already (on UA). I need to find some older movies to watch or just read a book.
They do not provide food on this flight (unless if you are in BusinessFirst/First).
