earning UA MP booked cheapoair dtw-hnl $454 ai
Cannot find on united.com. first does this fare earn and accrue miles. Second does it qualify for best fare guarantee or whatever united calls it. I have delta award ticket booked for 26th through 4th but if this fare gets miles on united I will just cancel delta award flight and book this.

Nobody can tell you what the earning of the fare is without a fare basis.
That said, it is extremely rare to NOT earn MP miles on a UA ticket. I have only seen that with name-your-own-price unpublished fares.
