Has Anybody Been Offered Any Y to A Buy-Ups Since The Conversion?

I was wondering if the new UA is still going to be offering these sometimes excellent international fares. I have a couple of flights within the next few weeks where conditions for W to A buy-ups would have been excellent in the past (i.e. full Y cabin 3 weeks out {incl. E+}, empty F cabin {F9, A9, ON5}, and Z9 {but RN0} in the C cabin, but I have received no cash upgrade offers other than the miles and money offer.

Yep, got one for ~$1400 pp/ow for SFO-JFK.

Edit: worse than that: $1830 pp outbound, $1647 pp return.
