Anyone having trouble "Replace Card" on website?

Anyone having trouble "Replace Card" on website?
I just kept receiving this error message:

"- - ORA-01403: no data found ORA-01403: no data found ORA-01403: no data found - ORA-06512: at "CRANE.MS_PACK_MEMBER_CARD", line 25 ORA-06512: at "CRANE.MS_PACK_ESB_MEMBER_CARD", line 207"

Not sure if anyone also received it?

Would you know any ways to get the tag without going to IST desk..?

No, I didn't bother. I'm going to pick it up in IST, at least I can make sure I get the Batman design.

Funny thing is that it worked in the past when I actually needed it.

I just looked into my account today, and there is a new option: Batman vs Superman Card Request. It allows you to select the design that you like and it worked for me (Batman!). Of course I didn't get the card yet, but I got a message Your application has been saved successfully.
