TK1793: Question for the real TK experts
Hey all,
So ill be flying TK1793 from IST-ARN in J and it seems I'm flying some mystery plane. Does anyone know what kind of business to expect? Which airline this aircraft is possibly leased from?
It does not look like any seatmap I have previously seen.
Cheers ^

Leased from JJ
It seems like you are getting the A330-200 plane TK leases from JJ (TAM Brazil). Never seen this ship to ARN. However, the config is exactly the same as the one JJ uses with the first row having 4 seats in F. So, If I was you, I would do anything to get one of those seats, even though they might be the old F seats JJ uses.
Lets just hope that TK dont change ship. ^

Can you also please share your opinion on the general state of the aircraft. Is it still visible that this was an ex TAM Airlines bird? Many thanks in advance.

Update - from the flight
Hey Hey,
Sorry it took a while to respond. Just got back to university and the first week(s) of classes were intense.
Here are two pictures I took of the seats:
*Sorry I didn't take more, unfortunately I saw your messages too late!
Overall impression:
- Great Business Class seat for a really short flight full flat indeed
- Quite worn out, similar to the current 9W birds, maybe even a bit worse but still better than most business class chairs such as TK or TG in my opinion.
Hope this helps ^

I didn't know that TK leased A330's from Jet Airways. Do these have the same business class seats as the 9W 777 (but with no first class section)?
