Saw it on Gary's blog.
"Promotional fares are excluded."
Any idea what constitutes "promotional fares" in this case?

Yeah that's right boonkoh, interestingly the banner now seems to have cut that bit of text. There's no mention of whether it's status or bonus miles in the T&Cs, potential for some lucrative mileage runs if it is status . . . .

As far as I understand it, it's only applicable to international destinations listed on that page, i.e Houston (IAH) and 73 others (I presume there's a missing period between "Dublin" and "Goteburg").
