Question

What's Philly like? It's never featured on my "must visit" destinations in the USA.

Did you book a BA codeshare for the US flight? Or do you have some other trick to get the US flight to show up in the BA app?

Am getting confused. But you know me it doesn't take much to get me confused.
That's what his boarding pass picture says, did you see it?

Perhaps a small chance he's in one of the other Philly's but since he is flying there and they don't have airports, it's unlikely: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philade...disambiguation)

What's the equivalent of RTFM on web forums. Not sure, interested to know.

US/AA have this marketing campaign going on at the moment about delivering a "consistent first class experience". It's a series of somewhat doublespeak emails from the AA marketing team. Note that consistent doesn't mean consistently good or excellent, just consistent.

There's a 1000+ message thread on the AA forum about the consistent meal changes that is pretty entertaining at times: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/ameri...-domestic.html

I have it....c-w-s is an international man of mystery, constantly travelling. Described by those who know him as a gentleman. He meets briefly with people wherever he goes, getting health & safety briefings along the way.

It's clear....

He's the Milk Tray Man

It is showing as a US code flight, my guess is it was purchased through BA over the phone (or a TA that uses Amadeus). So BA ticket stock, US marketed and operated flight.
