How do you call collect from overseas
I remember NetBank used to list the numbers to dial to make a collect call to the US from other countries. After their takeover I can't find that page. I did a search and found these two:

Are there other ways to make collect calls from abroad?
This is to make calls to my credit card company. I would like info on how to make calls from public and private phones.
