Database on taxes and fees based on airports?
Most of us know that its quite expensive to fly in/out of London airports due to taxes and fees.
Is there a similar site or database which has a good searchable/sortable list of which countries or airports are good to fly in and out from in terms of taxes and fees?

It varies dramatically. Even the "awful" APD doesn't really affect most shorter trips too badly and Avios no longer charges that real APD at all on European awards while other programs often do.
I have some of this data already but it is decidedly program-specific by city pair.
