Delta A330 v2 vs. AA 767-300 in F

Looking to crowd source an upcoming flight decision for a long leg to Honolulu. If price was equal, which one would you choose for First class product and why? The Delta Biz Elite (former NW World Biz Class) on an Airbus 330 v2 (according to seatguru) from ATL or an AA International Biz Class (sold as Domestic First) on a 767-300 from DFW.

if either has a flat seat(and i don't think they do) i would take that. i do not think those tickets get you into a lounge, either.

the AA 763 has a flat (but not completely horizontal) seat when fully reclined.

The DL A330 has an angled lie-flat shell seat. They're not parallel to the floor but I find them comfortable, although not as good as the suite-style true flat beds, such as DL's 777 where every seat has direct aisle access. It's a nice new plane with good AVOD on nice size screens. Seating is 2-2-2 in BE. There are also nice big overhead bins. However, upgrades and award tickets to/from HNL are tough on this bird.
