FlightAware and FlightView: check current flights
http://flightaware.com offers flight tracking for commercial and private flights in the USA, and now in Australia.

I've never actually used for more than just checking a friend's flight any of the flight tracking websites.
Though, after doing a random FlightAware search just now, I may have to start using it a bit more...
Garuda Indonesia (GA) flight 1, from JFK-LBG (Le Bourget), landed fifteen weeks ago. (http://flightaware.com/live/flight/GIA1, if that still works) What? Is this site not as well-equipped for non-North American/European airlines?
What other curiosities have Flyertalkists discovered with FlightAware/other tracking sites?

Flightaware not automatically refreshing
I am registered with flightaware, and logged in. I thought as a registered user the flight info was supposed to refresh automatically. I'm using it right now on both my laptop and iphone, and I don't see it refreshing. How often does it typically refresh? Maybe I'm just not patient enough!

Slightly OT, but does anybody have a clue as to why I can't see the map. It's just a big blue square. Things were fine until a few days ago, and I don't think I changed any settings. Thanks for any help

I see how one can find information about a flight for the current day using Flightaware, but I am not sure how to find info about flights for the next day.
I also am not sure how to track an "inbound" flight. Apparently there is a button on the page when looking at a specific flight, but it doesn't seem to appear on flights I have seen.
I am especially trying to find out where US1776 departing 22 January is coming from. It is operated with an A319 aircraft. I only see two A319's arriving today into MSP - US1855 CLT-MSP and US825 PHL-MSP. US825 is canceled tonight. But both early morning flights using A319 are operating as scheduled.
Any thoughts?

B6 737's - FlightAware inaccuracies
I did not know Jet Blue was flying 737's. Looking at Flight Aware now B6 flight 1824 operating LIM-FLL shows aircraft on the FLL airport board as a 737 and detail shows it as a 737-700. This is obviously a mistake but Flight Aware must admit for whatever reason there are numerous cases where the aircraft type is not correct.

I've used flightaware for years without issue. It failed this week. It is not showing LAN flights, specifically LAN2605 that flies from LAX to LIM to EZE. FlightView was recommended to me and shows those flights. FlightView has a phone ap as well as an online one.
