for some reason, using Aeroplan, YYZ-TPE doesn't work for me at all for 2015 June
Neither is YYZ-HKG

using ANA option works okay (despite no results)

AP is down again.

BTW Thank you for creating such a useful and helpful tool. I love it.

Error Message

When I enter the "From:" airport (i.e. YYZ) it populates the field with "YYZ | Toronto, Canada." Then when I click on Find flights>, a red-bordered box comes up around the From: field, with a balloon stating "You must enter text with 3 or fewer characters."

As I only entered the airport code (YYZ) what am I supposed to do?

Same thing is happening here, when I use my pc. When I use my Mac, everything works well.

Sorry... it's an Internet Explorer bug. Use any other browser, as IE doesn't handle half of the interface code properly.

If you want to bypass this limitation, then instead of clicking on the Search button, just hit 'Enter'... but I can't promise the results are (visually) ideal.

Thanks for sorting that out. I am on a Microsoft Surface 2 Pro, and running out of disk space, so I am unlikely to install another browser. Hitting Enter after entering the airport code works.

Having the same problem since a few days with the AE option. I'm using an iPad if that is any help and it worked fine before.

I hope it's back up soon.

I like the ability to search for "direct only" segments when putting together an Aeroplan award.

Neither Aeroplan nor ANA searches are working here, and the same 3 day old issue as everybody else.
