Where to get Published Fares?

For a long time, you used to be able to modify the following URL to get the published fares between two cities:
http://www.farecompare.com/flights/-.../schedule.html

That URL is no longer valid.

You could also to go FlightStats.com to get the published fare information also
http://www.flightstats.com/go/Publis...aresByRoute.do

That URL is no longer valid either.

It appears that FlightStats.com and FareCompare.com no longer provide the published fares between two cities.

Does anyone know a free (ie not Expert Flyer) where I can find published fare information?

Go to http://matrix.itasoftware.com and go under more options and uncheck "Check for availability", it should display all published fares.

Fare enough, I do too.** ITA just gives the lowest possible fare, if you uncheck 'check availability'. You can go through and request each booking class' fare, but that's long and tedious, and the link above makes it much easier.

**I'm sorry....I couldn't help myself. It's getting late...

Is the fare search down?

I just tried to use the fare search tool (http://www.wandr.me/Tools/Flexible_Fare_Search.aspx) , and it just turned up blanks (as in no fares, like from ORD to ... I was looking for a variety of routes, including domestic and international, and it just came up blank... Tried IE, Firefox and Chrome (running Windows 7 64-bit).

Any help is appreciated!

I don't see this "Check for availability".

Can't seem to find published fares on these websites - are they still shown?

Post #5 told you. When constructing the search, uncheck or check the box for "show only available fares". If you leave it unchecked it will show you all possible published fares. Check it and it will only show you what is available to book.

I did see that post, but I cannot see anything called "show only available fares"/"Check for availability"

I am using IE, am I supposed to use another browser?

ETA: Found it - "Only show flights and prices with available seats"

Not it will not -- it will just price Flights using the lowest applicable Published Fare (while ignoring Availability).
