Best 10 foot iphone cable

Often, I find myself in a hotel room or other place where the nearest electircal outlet is quite far away. I am looking for light weight, easy to store and reliable iPhone cable for an iPhone 7. Any suggestions?

Anything from Anker is top-notch, especially their PowerLine+ cables. When I travel I bring one for the car, one for the USB battery pack, and one for the bedside.

Another vote for Amazon basics.

Just ordered the Belkin 10 ft one, waiting for Amazon to deliver.

I've had a Belkin cable before (not 10 ft), and it was the longest lasting lightning cable I've ever owned, the one that came with my phone and replacement ones that I bought don't last very long and the outside starts ripping or the connector becomes wobbly and doesn't charge unless you put something on it.

I've found none of the 3m cables charges as quickly as a 1m cable. Both Amazon basic and Belkin version. Since I don't really *need* a 3m cable I've ditched all mine.

I find the same. 10ft is really long and a 6ft cable, which is also cheaper, may be a better compromise.

I suggest just carrying an 8-10 foot extension cord with you. Cheaper, and you have outlets for other plugs too. More versatile in that you can use it for other things if/when you need it.

Thanks for your thoughts and opinions. I had not considered the charging time aspect of a longer cord. Still, I think one long cord would be nice at times.

We carry an extension cord that has 3 outlets and two USB ports. We love it.
