I read some more articles on this and it seems like Facebook would lock your account when it detects the malware the first time. So lets say you used your friend's computer to access your facebook account. His computer has malware. You will be able to use your facebook, but when you got home the next day and try to use it.. you will see that message even though your computer is clean. The only thing you could do is to follow the link and download their malware scanner and finish their anti-virus flow.. the last step on the flow is to unlock your account.

You could also try to contact facebook and try to tell them your computer is clean and have them unlock your account.. but good luck with that.

Many would argue that Facebook is malware. It's basically a data harvesting machine.

I did both an anti-virus and a malware scan but found nothing.

I read somewhere that if I just not log in to Facebook for a week or so, the lock will just disappear.

But thanks for everyone's help here.

There's the FB Purity extension for Chrome and Firefox that makes Facebook slightly less annoying to use: http://www.fbpurity.com/
