They have been free at least twice in the last week,
but the orders hang on check out.. every time...!!
At least until the price returns to 99 cents !

I got one a SIM kit on TMo a week ago - no issues with ordering, delivery, or activation. Signal coverage is worse than ATT, but data throughput is better.

I didn't see an option for it. I own a sim cutter for when I travel, so I just used that.
It's an easy way to test your unlock status, factory or software. Also, it's an easy way to see what kind of service t-mo offers if you're thinking about switching.
