I was one of the beta testers for this (although they didn't bother to tell us that the test was over and they were going public).
It's a very pretty app.
The lack of "MyFlyerTalk" or (per the mobile site) "My forums" is a killer, though.
And it's much slower than using the mobile site.
But it is pretty.

Thanks for developing the app, just some comments and questions.
- Implementation of 'My Flyertalk' will be very good, rather than having to browsing through the list each time
- It'll be useful if the app can be in sync with what posts I've read on other platforms
- What do the red and green speech bubbles mean?
- Is it possible to 'jump to the first unread post'?
- My 'Home' is always blank, can we just have the app start at the list of forums or 'My FT'?
- Allow landscape mode, it's much easier to type long posts
- Sometimes ads appear twice next to each other. Sometimes, one appears near the top and the other at the bottom. Shouldn't one ad be enough?
Despite all this, I still like it, an am using it to post this. Plus, it's still tons better than the web mobile version!

Unless I'm doing something wrong, it is sometimes going to the first post in the thread and sometimes going to what seems to me to be some random post in the thread. I can't even move to the next or last page from the top. I have to scroll all the way down.
It is an ok first attempt, but I feel it is missing something with regards to how users will want to use FlyerTalk on these devices. Also, I wish that I could use it in landscape mode.
Y'all should look at the Twitter iPad app. THAT is a well done app.
