Travelpro luggage dissapointment

I used to be a fan of this companys products but they no longer would stand behind what they manufactured on my case. I will be purchasing another brand now,have others had issues with them. Any suggestions for a new roller? Travelpro what happened?

The nose-dive of Travelpro's CS, especially in regards to warranty claims, is fairly well documented around here. I'll still buy their products, but only based on price/performance and NOT based on any listed or implied warranty. For example, I just picked up a 28" hardside spinner from their Freerun line for $65... it's built extremely well for the price and is a solid value, especially since the bulk of the use will likely be car travel. That said, should it have a failure, I would likely pitch it before I tried to make claim on the "10-Year Limited Warranty" given how wide they go now with their interpretation of wear-and-tear.
