Briggs & Riley - what's the difference between two models?

Looking on Amazon.com at these two B&R cases:

Briggs & Riley @ Baseline Luggage Baseline Domestic Carry-On Upright Garment Bag
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...pf_rd_i=507846

Briggs & Riley Baseline Domestic Carry-On Exp. Upright
http://www.amazon.com/Briggs-Riley-B...+riley+luggage

So what's the difference between these?

Did find some pics on the B&R website but it's not clear of how the garment bag is made up.

Added: Found a video and the garment base does have 2 different compartments. Not really what I want.

The second one has a mechanism to expand to create more internal volume. Search for the model numbers on manufacturer website for more details.
