He rightfully should if they closed the gate 20 min early. Maybe the manner in which he did it was inappropriate.
I've been closed out early twice before...but before I could speak to anyone the gate agents had already magically disappeared. Left me equally frustrated.

There is a lot to this story that doesn't add up to me. How could he open the door with out a keycard/code, and why was the door closed 20 minutes before departure? I'm sure something went down but I'd like to hear to full story.
