Power Outage at D.C. Air Traffic Control Causes Delays
The Federal Aviation Administration is reporting a ground stop for many flights along the East Coast due to a problem at the Washington Air Route Traffic Control Center.
The FAA website is reporting flights to and from Washington National, Washington Dulles International, New York LaGuardia International, New York John F. Kennedy International, Philadelphia International, Newark International, Miami International, and the Teterboro have been marked with delays.

It's on CNN now. They're saying that ATC is down but no one knows why, although BWI is saying that it's a power outage.
DCA looks like a real mess.
The map shows no flights in the air over VA and NC as well as the DC area.
