Jet Lag Rooster

NBC News: Goodbye jet lag? New website offers free solution

Hi All,

I did not see this posted already, but think it's a really intersting concept. It's only been in recent history that I've felt I've done a better job dealing with jet lag most of the time.

I like how it suggests when to find and avoid light.

Nice tool, i will try it. Too bad it doesn't offer advice on what to do on the flights. Just says 'sleep as needed'.
