I just sent an email to my LMT. The pain has disappeared!!! I didn't notice that it had disappeared initially, just that I no longer have pain, and haven't really, since after my visit to her.

You'll feel better when you do.

I'm a mass of tiredness and aches after my cycling trip, and I'm taking a rest week and not planning to do much, but a little bit of a workout makes me feel so much better.

What did the LMT have you do?

She massaged the area, had me bend my knee while she massaged it, and she grabbed the muscle and pulled up on it too.

So not going there. But the question is, 3 months later I'm assuming you're ok.

Cheers.
