They are all pretty nice. I flew the old 747 last yesterday. It's a very comfortable sleep and very private if the cabin is not full. 380 has a nice head, but the cabin feels kind of cluttered. Given a choice, I'd probably go with the new 747 (Seat 3K). My favorite though was the old leased 777s. The suites were a little tired but totally private.

Any time F on the A380, nice big screen, modern seat and IFE, and huge toilets on top of the cabin.
Plane is really less noisy.
I really don't like the open environment in the 747 F cabin, unless you are alone (it happened to me)
