THAI USA call center closed [10 November 2015]
Tried calling THAI's US call center at 18004265204 and it just connected me to a full voicemail box. I guess the number is gone?

I emailed [email protected] two days ago for a seat assignment and they got back to me same day in a couple of hours. Will miss that convenience if it goes away. The signature on the reply was:

If you do not have your TG confirmation you can call UA and get it.

I just spoke with a very kind TG customer service rep on the USA 800 number, so it appears they are not closed. They do have limited hours (not 24/7) and are closed on weekday evenings and weekends (has been for a few years). Be sure you take into account Pacific Time when calling...

Ironically, several times I have spent 20 - 30 minutes on hold waiting for someone at the TG BKK reservations number to pick up, then gave up, phoned the 800 number in the USA and the agent picked up immediately!

Perhaps you should ask to have your thread title changed so no one else is misled.

A good idea. I have taken the liberty of making such a request.

The TG LAX office is open M-F 8:30 - 5 pm, Pacific time.
I would advise against phoning late Friday afternoon though. I called yesterday at 4:40 pm and received the message that I was 4th in line with a wait time of 8 minutes. I waited until 5 pm, and was then automatically removed from the wait list, likely because everyone had decided to go home for the weekend.
