No escort nor any special attention KRK - (LH Biz) - MUC (TG First) - BKK. Indeed, when showing the LH staff my TG F BP and asking whether I could enter the LH F lounge, I was promptly escorted out of the LH F lobby and directed to the *A lounge.
But really, MUC is easy to navigate and no real need for anyone to drag you around.

TG is too cheap to pay Auntie LH whatever the asking price would be to let TG pax use the lounge and/or LH didn't even put a price on it as they want to keep it solely for their pax and/or TG is happy to grab the euros/baht that LH is willing to pay to let F pax us the RFL.

those are even listed as exceptions in the Star Alliance policy
TG also keeps the Spa exclusively for their own passengers!
