Chiang Rai (CEI) and TG
It's stated that TG runs a lounge in the airport but I can't seem to find if it's in the domestic or international side.
Can anyone shed a light on this?

Oh OK.
I thought you were asking if the only lounge there was Intl or Domestic side.
I didn't realize there were 2.
I never heard of them referred to as "Royal Executive Lounge". Is this a different type of lounge, or just an old name for a Royal Silk lounge?

In airports like HKT and CNX there are lounges in both the Int and Dom areas. IN HDY the one lounge serves both sides (yeah, that's a weird one). Since CEI is an immigration/customs equipped facility there's the possibility that international customers have a lounge (but with only 3 flights a day that's by no means guaranteed).
I have no idea.....
