Question Guided Mode vs. Enhanced Mode

What do they mean & what's the difference?

It has to do with how the interface lets you insert formatting code into your posts. Enhanced mode opens and closes the tags as you need them, directly in your posts. Guided/normal mode pops up a dialog box for you to enter your text to be formatted (it "guides" you, in other words), and then plops the whole thing into your post.
