How to post a poll ?

I have recently read a thread in TravelBuzz containing a poll. I have tried to find out how to do this by myself, but to no avail.

Could someone tell me ?

Currently, regular users cannot create polls, only vote on them.

I am a mod and can't create them.

Is it only an admin feature at this time?

Not that I need it, just wondering

Perhaps we should have a conductor of polls conduct a poll about whether or not polls should be conducted on FlyerTalk, as a poll about polls may reveal that FlyerTalk should uphold polls...
