In case I've missed a beat, in order to upload images, I need to do the following:
1. Send picture to my computer
2. Upload to image hosting site
3. Paste resulting link into thread
This takes me 5 minutes. If it took 5 seconds, FT would be a lot more useful.
If there is a 5 second option that I don't know about, please advise.
Assuming there isn't, make it happen!

Not a huge time saver, but at least you don't have to log onto another site to do it. It can also help maintain your anonymity (if that's important), since the only ID associated with the pictures is your FlyerTalk handle.

No "5 second" option available directly in the message editor, unfortunately. But you can upload images to the Flyertalk Pictures & Albums area rather than some other site. Once uploaded, you'll be provided with a link that you can copy and paste into a message.

I think I'll stick with tinypic for now because I know how to use it, but I increasingly find myself using Wechat to share travel experiences/tips because they make it so easy.
It seems that IB is complacent wrt FT. While us veterans will continue to use it, disruption is inevitable.

We hear you, and it is changing. Bit by bit. First, in hotel reviews. Next? Everywhere.
