RSS Feeds Not Updating In A Timely Manner

RSS Feeds Not Updating In A Timely Manner
The RSS feed for the Mileage Run forum (https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/exte...S2&forumid=372) seems to take an awfully long time before it updates.
If you load the RSS feed, it still isn't including threads from 35 and 40 minutes ago respectively (the PHX-JNB and MSP-LAX threads).
Is there any chance someone on the tech team can look into this? I assume something is caching for longer than it should somewhere.
This only became apparent because I/we were using an IFTTT job to send email alerts from the new Premium Deals forum.

Just noticed that the TTL is set to 120 minutes for the RSS feeds - can we get that lowered to something more reasonable (even if not site wide, maybe for the Mileage Run and Premium Deals forums)?

I never realized that the update frequency was so low. Can we get this bumped up? The maximum frequency that the servers could sustain without adding any undue load would be appreciated.

Hmm. There was a thread last night in the Mileage Run Deals forum that didn't appear in the RSS feed for about 45 minutes. I'll have to do some further testing. (There have been no new threads in Mileage Run Deals today.)
