How do you do an @ Mention of another FT member?

How do you do an @ Mention of another FT member?
Hi All,

I searched and searched... wondering if there's a way to do an @mention of another FT user? I wanted to post something and mention who is good at this kind of thing (without a quote), but I don't see a way to do an @<username> so they get alerted to a post referencing them... perhaps I am over reaching?

That feature does not exist on FT. It's not twitter or facebook
