utterly exasperating

when trying to book flights and systerm reports "minimum of 3 letter codes required--three letter codes used and STILL the system refuses to search for flights.

FlyerTalk has a booking engine?

Are you putting your three letter airport codes in quotes? "LAX" in qoutes should work.

Sorry, I consider the tech issues area of FT fit for my most recent observation.
If that's unjustfied, so be it.
I can't say I was acting too rationally after complying with the requirement of using three-letter codes when trying to book on .bomb, and being told they were required.

I don't think Internet Brands technical staff have a relationship with the UA website. You'd likely get better advice from the dedicated users on the UA forum.
