TalkBoard recommends a motion for the creation of South African Airways | Voyager, including Mango, South African Airlink and South African Express forum.
This vote will close on Nov 8, 2015 , at 6:00PM* CDT or after all TalkBoard members have registered their vote, whichever comes first.
Per the TalkBoard Guidelines:
A motion shall pass if at least two-thirds of the yes or no votes cast by TalkBoard members are ‘yes’ and a majority of the total TalkBoard membership votes 'yes' after voting opens 2 days after a site-wide announcement.
The purpose of posting voting topics in the public TalkBoard Topics forum is to solicit member feedback on any motions that are up for a vote and to allow for comments after a vote is made. It is at the sole discretion of the individual TalkBoard members whether they choose to post in the public discussion thread, there being no requirement to do so.
So while there is already a thread and discussion on this general topic and it is safe to assume that TalkBoard members have reviewed that thread, this thread is about this specific motion.

I don't know what is a talk board member but I vote yes or strongly suggest it and I'm very excited about this. SAA is a high quality airline, part of star alliance and it's by high time we get better focus and attention on the African continent by having at least one airline specific forum for an airline based in Africa. It will certainly increase African readership on this forum and increase diversity and growth of Flyertalkers.

Fully support - good initiative. I think SAA has sufficient global reach and size to have a dedicated forum, rather than buried within the general area forum as it is now.

I support the new forum. It's a big country which gets a fair amount of visitors as well as having a base of its own fliers.
