It hasn't been made a motion yet, although I expect it will be at some point. One of the TB members will be flying both halves next month (post above yours).

It was me. As you know, I flew Avianca and TACA to and from LIM (and to CTG). At the time this came up, my trip was less than three weeks away, and I asked for a stay on the motion so I could take advantage of my first-hand research trip to see just exactly what AviancaTACA were/was/were becoming. Now that I've gotten back to the US, I neglected to bump the appropriate thread to restart discussion.
Having flown them and experienced all the chaos and disorder that is AviancaTACA, I would not be opposed to a forum dedicated to them.
Now that jackal's back & appeared to have survived the chaos , I've done a motion & just need a TB member to second it (ahem, cough, cough, jackal). Well, it can be any TB member to second, but since he's had recent experience LOL
