No notification but luckily knew about it here and Malaysian allowed to participate. 1st day selected room 701 "Schloss Fuschl Resort & Spa is a legendary Austrian chateau that offers endless outdoor activities and a renowned spa"; no luck try next time.

Usually, this is because there are some unusual legal hurdles that need to be overcome. Sometimes it takes too long to do so. My apologies if you were locked out, but I'm sure that it's nothing personal.

Does anyone know how the day is defined by SPG for the two entries per day limit? Is it 24 hours since I last played, midnight in some time zone (which one?), or what?

Last night (this morning), I was awake at a few minutes after midnight ET and I was able to play for my and my partner's accounts (I happened to be on my computer so I tried intentionally to see if it would allow it). I had played midday the day prior, so I believe it resets at midnight(ish) ET.
