Whoa!! Looks like only the rack rates have been loaded so far! I certainly hope that is the case: at U$430 - 480 any day in June tHrough September, it matches the W almost to the nearest dollar.
This will have to be a pretty fantastic Aloft to warrant these prices, considering there's no direct beach access and, well... it's an Aloft!

Though, this property does have a lot more room types than a typical Aloft. I think there were 5+ish.

I was searching for something else, looks like The Continental will be an onsite restaurant. The Continental is a Starr Restaurant. They have a portfolio of great restaurants. They also own Steak 954 at the W Fort Lauderdale.
I also noticed this
Recreational Fee Policy
The hotel’s mandatory recreational fee of 20 USD per room per day includes:
Is this the equivalent of a "resort fee"? This property is not a resort.
Also how will this affect Platinum guests?

- Two complimentary luxury lounge chairs [is there more than one type of chair]

- Cold signature water [Signature? ]
- Access to Plunge Deck games and entertainment
- Usage of our signature bicycles

Yup-- and just another example of how resort fees are slowing spreading to properties that in the past would never have them (due to them NOT being resorts). Considering that this property is not actually on the beach, I can only assume that the "luxury lounge chairs" with "fitted towels" they are referring to are the chairs that would normally be provided at the hotel pool for free?

Can't believe an Aloft Hotel is charging these extra fees. That said, it is quite a good list of extras considering what you typically get with a higher resort fee at many locations and I would actually see value in these items assuming they mean a portable beach chair and full size beach towels.
Now where do I park the bike when I pull up to the Delano Hotel bar...hope it comes with a lock..or those will probably be available for rent for $10/day extra..haha

Ummm, what? I have rooms booked for June and have not been contacted by anyone about any cancellation??? In fact, my reservation is still showing as a valid booking??
If they have cancelled all June bookings they better have another option ready!!! Airline tickets have been purchased and we are less then 2 weeks out!!
************just checked online and it appears they are still taking reservations after June 10th***********
