For future reference, putting your text in the area marked "Title" makes it likely many folks won't see it.

Convention is to put your response/additional info after the quote, in the body of the message.

I got 7. But I had 18 nights during the promo period so I should have gotten 9 codes.

I was a 6 year platinum from 2000-2006 before I went to Hilton. Now I'm back and in the last 2 months I've had to chase down bonuses that don't post. GoGreen incorrect postings, the earn away bonus and now this are all things I've had to spend time contacting SPG and keeping a spreadsheet because almost every stay I've had since late April had missing bonus points.

Now I have to go chase down 2 missing ticketmaster codes..... it might be time for SPG to review their software/IT practices because there are way too many errors.

Yes, I was aware of the 6 June date, but didn't want to add that in response to a previous poster because I wasn't sure where I had came up with that date. At any rate, I shot you an E-mail in re: missing codes. Many thanks.

Got all 3 of mine on 6/6. Thought I was due more but William correctly pointed out that I don't know how to read correctly and the 3 I received were accurate (he used much nicer language to get to this point). Hope this works out for the rest of you, thanks SPG!

Turns out after Lurker's research, 2 of my reservations were made online (traditional browser) instead of with the app. I was making a conscious effort to book my stays on the iPhone app due to the T&C of the promo, but somehow I guess I booked 2 the old fashioned way. So, the 7 I got were accurate.

Why would he mind? Why not just send him what he needs to look into it?

Sure. So far the ones in Kyoto, Tokyo and Osaka in May are not eligible as they were booked via the website.

You have only one eligible night count. Do you have supporting documents that they were booked via the android app?

Do email us.

Thanks William, all I have are the receipts and it doesn't seem to indicate how I reserved.

I did have two android OS cell phones (different bands for US and Japan) with the same info and did get the rooms from both apps.

That was Thyetus. All I need are the reservation confirmation numbers for the stays during the promotion period and I can tell you exactly where the bookings originated. Feel free to send them via email to the address below.
