The WSJ does not look good for Hilton, that's for sure. I'm curious to see how this all will play out.

The winner gets a week at the Sheraton Newton.

such lawsuits normally are quite costly. The starwood entity lost 4.7% in management revenue last quarter.
while im are that room rates are set independantly by hotels, i hope such a move will not cause starwood to search for incremental revenue which affect costs to us or reduced benefits in the spg programme.

Rather more info here
Hi All;

I have to say the level of responses on the Marketplace site of the WSJ makes Flyertalk look like the last resort of the intelligent mind (never thought I would say that, considering **I** am a member).

Apparently the FBI is now investigating to see if there are any criminal charges.
I'm sitting at the JFK AAdmirals club listening to a Hilton Exec on the phone nervously telling someone about it. Guess it shows you need to be careful how loudly you speak on your cell phone in public.
