SK lounge at CPH

I am a *Gold member (UA) and have a ticket on OS to fly CPH-VIE. The flight has an OS designator (flight number), but is operated by Air Berlin.

Would I be able to use the SK lounge at CPH?

In *A, benefits depend on operating carrier. In this case, because Air Berlin is not a *A carrier, there are no *A benefits available, including lounge access.

It really depends whether this is a codeshare or a wetlease. If the latter, then OP will have access to the lounge. If OP shares more information we can help further.

I think with Air Berlin specifically, it's Wet Lease. I've been hearing that people have been credited *A miles on LH group flights operated by Air Berlin.

This is a wetlease, so for all practical (lounge, miles etc) purposes this is a OS *A flight.

At least flight numbers. That will make sure of the situation.

Air Berlin is operating the flight, but it still counts as an OS flight and you should be able to use the lounge.

Source: I was on this flight earlier this year (and return).

Looks like the flights are marketed with "proper" OS flight numbers, not codeshare flight numbers, so they should count as *A flights.
Also, AB does not market any nonstop CPH-VIE flights, so there's no AB-marketed flight to codeshare on.

CPH-VIE flights sold on the OS website:
OS 302, OS 306, and OS 308 are operated by Air Berlin.
OS 304 is operated by Austrian.
