Star Alliance cannot quote fares for Circle Pacific ticket?
I have been using the Book and Fly tool on the Star Alliance website to get a Circle Pacific ticket. All seems to work well until you select your flights. The next step is to review your itinerary but at this point you get the following message:
"Due to technical issues, we cannot proceed online with your request at the moment. We apologise for the inconvenience and kindly ask you to fill out the form below in order to complete your booking with our fulfillment centre."
So I filled out the form and got a response that my flights had been reserved with a confirmation number by email. That email included the following:
"Due to technical reasons we are not able to provide you with a valid offer including price details right now.
We have forwarded this issue to our headquarter in order to solve this and hope, we will get a reply from them soon. As soon as we have received an information we will get back to you."
It's been more than 48 hours. Follow up email today says the same thing - they're working on it. Is anyone else having this problem or does anyone have any idea why they can't quote a final price so I can proceed? Odd way to sell a ticket. Thanks for any input.

That's just the LH pricing desk working and my guess is they only use that for RTWs, not Circle trips. Call an airline (usually the first carrier on the trip or the first longhaul operator) and ask them to price it out for you.
