I have found it on EVERY route that I've looked at (leaving from LAX).
Just make sure your outbound flight is on 10/31 and must be a roundtrip. What's so hard about that?

Would have actually been useful without all the blackout dates.
I don't fault them for not wanting to offer cheaper fares on Fridays, Sundays, and at holiday time. But it's annoying when they have so many sales with such restrictive criteria.

My current primary city pair is LAX-LAS. I find it "intriguing" that the lowest WGA fare was increased by 6.5% overnight, before the 31% promo fare was announced. Yesterday, the lowest WGA fare for these cities was $62. Today it is $66 (stretching through the end of the schedule).
I've no basis for knowing if longer distance city pairs also saw WGA fare increases overnight. If anyone purchased WGA travel yesterday on other city pairs, it would be interesting to know if those fares also went up overnight and by what percentage.

I've been tracking BOS-CHS off and on for Oct. 31. I've actually been planning on flying BOS-CAE that day but CHS is an alternative airport. The lowest fare today is $95 and that's in line with what it's been the last few times I've checked it.
Not sure if that data point helps much, I know the specific BOS-CHS is not very popular on WN (or any airline really). If they were increasing fares on select routes before this promotion they probably would have picked more popular city pairs.
