Is it now $100 to reissue expired funds?

I've noticed a couple posts on Facebook where people mention paying $100 to have expired ticketless travel funds reissued as a LUV voucher. Last I knew is was $75 (which had been fairly recently increased from $50). Can anyone verify that it's $100 now?

I called today to have funds reissued and I was told that it is now $100. I was surprised to hear that it had gone up and I was told the price increase occurred a few month's back...first I heard about it though.

Are they allowed to charge this fee when it is not disclosed on their Optional Travel Charges page?

"Full Disclosure of Additional Fees. Airlines will also have to prominently disclose all potential fees on their websites, including but not limited to fees for baggage, meals, canceling or changing reservations, or advanced or upgraded seating."

They aren't required to extend expired funds at all--they clearly disclose the original expiration date at the time of purchase/cancellation.

How do they charge you the $100? Let's say I have $140 in my expired travel funds, will they ask me to pay $100 with my credit card to get the 140 in travel funds back or will they deduct the 100 from 140 leaving me with a LUV voucher of $40? Thanks!

Thanks.

They deduct the fee from your travel funds. So you get a LUV voucher for whatever amount you have minus 100.

If I recall correctly from hearing about this once several years ago, it's the same fee to reissue an expired green pass.

I had a reservation last year for my whole family where the fare dropped $75, so we have $75/person in TTF expiring in February, all under the same confirmation number.

Is the $100 fee charged per person, or per reservation? In other words, if I let it expire, would I be able to convert my $75 x 4 in TTF into a $200 LUV voucher? Or would the $100 fee effectively wipe out my TTF?

So much for the ol', "if it matters to you, it matters to us" nonsense.

Per person.
