Anyone transfer club carlson into southwest?
Club Carlson list southwest as a transfer partner but every time I try it says that there are no offers available.
Has anyone successfully did a transfer into southwest before?

I'm not sure either - I also see the "There are no offers available at this time" error as soon as I select Southwest Airlines from the drop-down menu at the Redeem Gold Points for Airline Miles page on the Club Carlson website. Maybe it will work soon.

The worst part about it is I am about 17,000 RR points away from a companion pass.
(Wyndham only gives 2400 per 8,000 into southwest but other airlines like aa they give 3200 per 8,000 so that threw my calculations off)
But if I can do the club carlson transfer then that will bring me over the top.

In case anyone is wondering what the redemption rates are:
Points Miles Earned
2,000 points 250 miles = 8 pts per mile
50,000 points 8,000 miles = 6.25 pts per mile
100,000 points 18,000 miles = 5.55 pts per mile

I'm a little bummed that I passed up the chance to earn 50k Carlson points for $100 several months ago. This would have been a good way to use them, but the partnership didn't exist back then.

Did anyone else notice this:
Club Carlson members can also set their Club Carlson earning preference to Rapid Rewards Points. Doing so will automatically convert your entire balance and future Gold Points into Rapid Rewards Points in increments of 10,000 Gold Points, which equals 1,250 Rapid Rewards Points.

Seems like a lousy deal to have points converted at the least favorable rate, doesn't it?

FWIW, I rate Carlson as perhaps the least trustworthy of all "loyalty" programs. They have had no compunction about imposing zero-notice changes when they felt it to be in their immediate interest. Fortunately for us, their greed is matched or exceeded by their incompetence.

Not yet, I am still waiting for them to post. From other transfers to airlines I have read about it takes around 2-3 weeks.
I only did the transfer about a week and a half ago so just gotta wait until next week to find out.
(I have been checking my account every day just to be sure)

I checked and the transferred Wyndham points show as counting toward my CP. WN CP rules say that all points from partners (excluding bonuses) count toward CP, so Carlson points should count. (WN IT may not have keyed Carlson in yet).
