Reward Activity totally screwed up!! Check yours!
I don't know what's going on. Almost every flight I have booked for points is dated 8/814. 5 pages worth, all from different months and years. That is the only August activity I see.
June's activity is just refunds but for many different months.
July's activity is just Rapid Rewards dining and Shopping activity.
Is this just me??

Someone actually called me today. They did not see what I am seeing. They suggested it might be because I was using Chrome. I tried IE and used my iPad. All show the same thing. I took screen shots to show them. She passed the email to customer relations - I know that takes forever, but the total points are ok and that's what matters.

My account detail looks the same.....flights going back a couple of years all posting on 8/8/14. My point total looks correct so I wasn't that concerned. Please post what they reply with, i'm curious to know. Thanks!

Try clearing all of the private data from your browsers
I have tried going into account using incognito browsing [chrome] and private browsing[ IE]with same result.

I have the same problem with mine in both Chrome and Firefox (not sure why the browser would make a difference). My redemptions since 10/2011 show as posting on 8/15/2014.
The account balance looks fine though. I'm going to save a screenshot in case the balance gets messed up too.

I'm also having the same issue ... pages and pages of 8/14 activity. Points balance looks fine (as others have reported). Probably just a bug.

Just got a call back from Customer Relations. They are aware of the problem and they are working on it. No ETA for when it will be corrected but the nice young man [Darius or Demtrius, sorry, I am awful with names} said this impacted a LOT of customers. The point balance is correct, it's all the other gobble-digook that's messed up.
