Reusable funds? How does it work?
Does it include the tax & fees portion as well? Can you cancel your flight all online upto the day of your flight and get the reusable funds?

The whole thing including taxes.
You can cancel any time, or even not show up at all, though that strikes most of us as very rude.

Read the Wiki FAQ for a caution on funds expiration date and commingling older funds with newer funds.
