New Orleans 10K - revisited, reborn, renewed
On the eve of the 10th anniversary of Katrina and the failure of the Federal levee system, I thought it might be appropriate to post something to give some insight to those who have never visited New Orleans, give a little reminder to those who are infrequent visitors, give some remembrances to those who are frequent visitors, and give a little gift of a very well written series of essays as a reminder to those of us who call NOLA home, as to why we call it home. The 5 essays were written recently by Chris Rose who catches the idiosyncrasies of our town in perfect pitch. I hope you enjoy them and maybe gives a little impetus to come visit us.
