Airport Lounges in Guayaquil?

Airport Lounges in Guayaquil?
I will be arriving in Guayaquil at 3:30 a.m. on a Sunday morning, connecting to a noon flight to the Galápagos. Does someone know which lounge, if any, an arriving passenger could access? There are two in the international terminal, but one is an arrivals lounge and one is airside. Can I get to either, since I need to pass through immigration, then will be connecting to a domestic flight? The one in the national terminal doesn't open for hours after I arrive. The other option would be to go to the Holiday Inn for a few hours. Or are there worthwhile things to do in Guayaquil at that time of day?
