Local Tel Aviv Rates
Hello. I just made a reservation for a Minivan for two days at $39/day on Expedia.com. It is at one of the local branches near the beach.
Is there a way to find out the price out the door (including taxes, mandatory insurance fees, etc.)? Expedia does not provide this info.
Thanks!

The price you received from Expedia should include all taxes and mandatory fees. As far as insurance goes, it depends on whether you plan to, and are able to decline their insurance. You'll want to review the terms and conditions for the rental to see what the requirements are in order to avoid taking their insurance. Note that this is what Sixt's website says:
Typically Sixt charges $20USD per day for CDW & TP. I don't believe there is any tax on top of that, so just multiply your number of days by $20 and add and you should be able to get to your total rate.
You might want to track your existing Sixt rental with Expedia through AutoSlash as we often can discount the rate.
CDW and TP are mandatory in Israel. Should you choose to decline CDW and TP andtake the coverage through your credit card company, it is your responsibility to notify the credit card company and verify its terms and conditions of coverage. When CDW & TP are covered through the credit card policy, TPLC/TLDW is mandatory and must be purchased.

It's per rental day, so if you're being charged for 4 rental days, then you'll pay for 4x$20 for the insurance. For example if you're renting from 2/1 8AM - 2/2 8AM then you would just pay for 1 days's worth of insurance or $20.
