I doubt it, especially since it is located in a shopping mall which probably has its own regulations on opening hours.

Anthony has made me two suits over the years. Wonderful chap and the first one from 2006 is still (just about) wearable.

Unfortunately I can't rate his shirts - the collars wore through very quickly & they were a pain to iron.

FEP has their own set hours, and the tailors tend to prefer to not start until 10am, preferably 11am. They'll stay open specifically for you though, and will come to your hotel as needed. I know when I pre-contact Dave (formerly at Armani, now shifted to Picadilly), he WILL meet me at 10am, but really prefers to start a bit later.
